Features & Applications

Features

  • Optimized for metal deck drilling – engineered for faster drilling and improved lifetime in metal deck applications, supporting stable performance and a lower tendency to polishing when drilling through deck profiles
  • Speed‑optimized segments – designed for faster and smoother drilling with lower feed force on low‑power diamond drilling tools such as the DD 150‑U and DD 150-U-22, helping improve operator comfort and productivity
  • Hilti Equidist diamond technology – precisely positioned diamonds help ensure consistent drilling speed, predictable wear, and reliable performance over the entire life of the core bit

Applications

  • Hand-held diamond coring in metal deck structures
