Anchoring system for thin brick veneer attached to the exterior of a high rise building

We are working on a 7-storey residential building where thin brick has been applied to the exterior wall. The brick as have come loose at the very top, and they will be repaired. We are concerned about the long-term installation of the rest of the wall, therefore would like to explore anchoring systems that can be applied over the tile to ensure a stable installation
