Can HY 200 V3 be used in water filled holes?
We need to use HY 200V3 but it rained in the holes previously drilled

Thank you for your question.
Please refer to the Hilti Anchor fastening Technical guide page 4 which shows the anchor selection guide. On this page you can refer to the "Installation" section, which shows the different permissible installation conditions where the HIT-HY 200 V3 can be used. As you can see here, the product is good to use in water filled holes, water saturated concrete and dry holes. This is also confirmed in the ICC Evaluation Report ICC-ESR 4868.
