does xfr pipe barried in conceret require any fire stopping

We are unable to tell you where firestop is required, only how to firestop an application. You will need to work with your AHJ and code compliance officials to determine if firestopping is required for your application. If firestopping is required, we can address your application with a listed UL/cUL classified Hilti firestop system or an Engineering Judgment, which will be a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings.
