I received the comment below as well.
“The fire stopping of all the pipe going through the Q-deck is fire stopped from the top but has been applied at the top of the wood bottom plate of the floor and not against the concrete.”

Based on the firestop custom detail (FCD) you received from one of our engineers, you would not be able to seal to the wood framing above the concrete over metal deck assembly. You will either need to reinstall per the provided FCD, or submit for a revision to allow the engineer to review any changes and update your custom detail.
