I am looking to install a steel fence. 2.5"x2.5"x8ft square steel posts welded onto a base plate and anchored to a 10" sonotube of premix concrete, no rebar. The total weight that the 4 anchors will need to resist is 30kg. Please advise on which concrete anchor bolts to use.
