Please review Section 3.1.8 of the Anchor Fastening Technical Guide, the simplified tables for HIT-HY 200 V3 are starting from Page 58.

When combining multiple load adjustment factors, using the simplified tables will result in a very conservative design.
To optimize the design, please use PROFIS Engineering or perform anchor calculation using design equations from CSA A23.3 Annex D. The standard version is free to use but you can upgrade to the Premium version for additional features.
