I can't download the Certificate

I have the same issue with Webinar that happened on June 23 - Acnhor Design Requirement Updates in CSA A23.3-24 . I followed up with Hilti (webinar@hilti.com) three times and I got no response so far and I still cannot download my certificate as its not shown in my profile. I did watch the webinar fully.
