When all epoxy anchors are aligned, the utilization (UT) is approximately 90%. However, when I adjust the position of one anchor by 5mm parallel to the shear force to avoid hitting reinforcing bars, the UT jumps to 140%. It seems unlikely for such a minor adjustment—well within typical construction tolerances—to result in this significant increase.
Is the actual utilization of the connection 140% with this small change? Attached are the reports for reference.

We looked at your reports, and we would like to review your (.pe) file as well if possible. As this could be related to the eccentricity affecting the parameters and resulting in a failure mode in a different direction. We would need to look at the file and your parameters to better assist you.
