Require Engineering Judgment for fire stopping of a gap above a elevator door frame

We require an engineering Judgment for using fire stopping for the below existing condition of the gap above an elevator door frame at a Hotel building:

As you can see in the attached SK-7 & SK-9, above the stainless steel elevator door frame at the left side where the 5/8" dry walls are connected to the stainless steel elevator door frame and the existing concrete blocks, there is a less than 5/8" gap which is filled with concrete grout. For this area, please provide a ULC design number and fire-stopping product from Hilti which would be code compliant and practical for this specific scenario.
