Anchor 201: Evaluation of Factors that Affect Bond Stress

Bond strength is a key design consideration when specifying post-installed adhesive anchoring systems. Additional design parameters such as moisture condition of the concrete, installation method, and temperature; as described in ACI 318-19 Chapter 26, need to be evaluated to determine their impact on the bond stress of the adhesive.
