What would it mean for you if you could save up to one day per pour on your projects? Curing temperature can have a dramatic impact on curing speed, and jobsite concrete may cure at a different speed from your concrete cylinders
Hilti concrete sensors enable you to monitor the jobsite strength of your concrete in real-time, helping you to move faster:

Typical field-cured or lab cured cylinders will not generate heat similar to larger volumes of concrete. The in-field concrete has much more mass, so it’s going to generate and retain heat for longer than the cylinders.
The results: The cylinder temperatures are not reflecting what is actually happening with the jobsite concrete.
Concrete gains strength at various rates depending on the mix design and curing temperatures. The hotter the curing conditions, the faster strength will be gained; the colder the curing conditions, the slower strength will be gained.
The result: Since concrete cylinders have a smaller volume than the field concrete, they may cure at lower temperatures and are not always good indicators of field concrete strength.
The ASTM C1074 Maturity Method is the most widely accepted industry standard to monitor jobsite concrete strength. This standard requires an upfront “calibration” test for each unique mix design.
We test your mix design and its maturity behavior in our in-house state-of-the-art lab at four different temperatures, making it simple to get a more accurate and reliable real-time and predictive strength calculations helping you move faster.
Once the test is complete, the data of this specific mix design is added to our in-app library and available for monitoring.
Durable and easy-to-install wireless concrete sensors are monitoring the current curing temperature of your in-field concrete and thereby allowing a more accurate estimation of the jobsite strength.
The Hilti wireless concrete sensors can go deeper in concrete while still sending the strongest signal for reliable data transfer with a 2+ years battery life.
The HCS TH1 “all-in-one” solution is the only wireless sensor that monitors the temperature, strength and relative humidity of your concrete – one less thing to worry about.
Data from the sensors is collected either via Bluetooth or through a Gateway, and is accessible through the free mobile app.
The real-time strength information of your concrete is available at your fingertips. Customized automated alerts help enable you to make faster and better scheduling decisions — potentially moving formwork sooner or stressing PT cables earlier.
Designed by experts who know construction, our free mobile app allows an unlimited number of users and the sharing of data with project teams with the click of a button.
